Short Description
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant H1N1 (A/Brisbane/59/2007) HA (Catalog#11052-V08H; ACA28844.1; Met 1-Gln 528). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
