Description: Apo CII activates lipoprotein lipase which then hydrolyzes VLDL triglyceride to form IDL (intermediate density lipoproteins). The concentration of Apo CII in normal plasma is 3-8 mg per 100 ml.

Reconstitution: After centrifugation, we suggest re-addition of the lyophilization buffer (10 mM NH4HCO3, pH 7.4) to the original volume, followed by gentle mixing to ensure adequate homogenization. If further dilution is required, please use the lyophilization buffer.
