Application Example
ELISA: Directly apply diluted protein and incubate 1-2 h at room temperature. 3 % BSA can be added to the diluted protein for blocking. Wash, incubate with desired detection agent and develop assay according to manufacturer’s recommendation.

4 pmol/well with 200 µl incubation volume (determined with bacterial alkaline phosphatase (BAP, 52.2 kDa) fused to Twin-Strep-tag®)
