This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Influenza A H5N1 (A/chicken/VietNam/NCVD-016/2008) Hemagglutinin Protein (HA1 Subunit) ( Catalog#40158-V08H1; ACO07033.1; Met1-Arg343). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
