This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Influenza A H6N2 (A/chicken/Guangdong/C273/2011) Hemagglutinin / HA1 ( Catalog#40398-V08H1; AFJ19048.1; Met1-Arg344). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
