Description: The Rat GLP-2 ELISA is for the determination of GLP-2 in rat plasma and serum samples. The Rat GLP-2 ELISA assay design is based on a competitive enzyme immunoassay format using a highly specific antibody to human GLP-2 and a biotin - avidin affinity system. The Rat GLP-2 ELISA kit includes all components (96 well Ab coated plate, labeled antigen, substrate, standards and dilution and wash buffer) necessary to complete the ELISA.
