Description: This targeted toxin recognizes cells that express the human, monkey, mouse, rat, bat, bovine, dog, hamster, horse, pig and rabbit versions of the Smoothened receptor. Anti-smoothened (SMO)-SAP is a bonded toxin between a biotinylated affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody to smoothened (SMO) and the secondary conjugate Streptavidin-ZAP (IT-27) containing the ribosome-inactivating protein, saporin.
