Description: Heparin lyase 13A (BtHep13A), assigned the E.C. number 4.2.2.7, is a derivative of Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron. It is an enzyme that acts on polysaccharides containing glucuronate or iduronate residues and 1,4-α linked 2-sulfoamino-2-deoxy-6-sulfo-D-glucose residues.
