Description: Antibody clone HL10 has been validated to specifically detect RAS G12V Mutant RAS protein in paraffin-embedded tumor tissue by immunohiostochemistry. KRAS is a preeminent oncoprotein as it is mutated in more than 85% of RAS-altered cancers. Despite the common G12D mutation, G12V plays an important role to prevent Ras inactivation in several tumors.
