Description: The EVcraft Surface Modification Kit is a novel kit utilizing cutting-edge bioconjugation techniques to facilitate efficient functionalization of EV surfaces. EVcraft can be adopted to covalently display any protein of choice on the EV surface at a high copy number (up to 700 IgGs or 60,000 small molecule probes per individual vesicle). Conjugation is highly stable and does not induce EV aggregation of altered polydispersity index.This kit can be used for the conjugation of a variety of functional molecules onto the EV surface for a range of applications including, but not limited to 1) antibodies or nanobodies to achieve antigen-specific cellular targeting of EVs and their associated cargo; 2) ligands such as agonistic molecules or cytokines to engage cognate receptors for cellular stimulation; 3) Anti-phagocytic proteins to delay/prevent phagocytic clearance of EVs; 4) Reporters or fluorescent probes to accurately track EVs.
