Description: This targeted toxin recognizes GM1 ganglioside (cell membrane component). The toxin is a chemical conjugate of cholera toxin B-subunit and the ribosome-inactivating protein, saporin (Cat. #PR-01). This product is routinely tested using a cytotoxicity assay on HS294T cells.
