Description: PurKine™ Biotin-Tag Purification system is based on innovative high-capacity matrix for convenient single-step purification of biotin and biotinylated substances. Biotinylated antibodies, proteins, peptides, nucleic acids and other molecules or interaction complexes can be captured, immunoprecipitated, removed or purified from samples using this streptavidin resin. The portfolio allow optimization of process for maximum protein yield, stability and solubility. Tests also confirm that no decrease in performance occurs after at least five repeated uses.
