Description: The human erythropoietin (EPO) protein encoded by EPO mRNA is a hormone that controls erythropoiesis or erythropoiesis. EPO also plays a role in wound healing and the brain's response to nerve damage. Studies have shown that transfection of EPO mRNA in vivo leads to a significant increase in reticulocyte and hematocrit measurement. This mRNA is capped using a co-transcriptional capping method, which results in the naturally occuring Cap 1 structure with high capping efficiency. It is polyadenylated, modified with ψUTP and optimized for mammalian systems. The addition of ψUTP and poly(A) tail can reduce host cell immune response and enhance mRNA stability. It can simulate the function of a fully processed mature mRNA.
Human erythropoietin (EPO) mRNA with Cap 1 structure, modified by ψUTP, providing higher transcription efficiency, and suppressing RNA-mediated innate immune activation.
