FLAVIVIRUS NS1 Proteins

We are now showcasing the complete development of mammalian expressed Dengue virus NS1 proteins. In addition to each serotype of Dengue NS1, we also offer NS1 proteins to other key flaviviruses including Zika, Yellow Fever, West Nile and Japanese Encephalitis viruses. Our NS1 proteins are highly purified, are glycosylated and presented in hexameric format consistent with the native protein. These proteins are widely used in immunological assays to measure serological responses to infection, and also as controls in assays that measure NS1 levels during early infection.

DENGUE and ZIKA VIRUS-LIKE PARTICLES

Our Flavivirus Virus-like particles (VLPs) are prepared from Envelope and prM/M proteins, with each particle containing 180 copies of each protein. Immunological analysis has shown that the VLPs have a similar quaternary structure to native virus. These particles provide excellent reagents for the study of the immune response, providing especially high sensitivity for IgM detection without any problems associated with the presence of genetic material in native virus preparations.

FLAVIVIRUS ENVELOPE PROTEINS

Complementing the VLPs are soluble Envelope proteins for Dengue, Zika and West Nile viruses. These highly purified reagents offer researchers the ability to study the specific immune response to Envelope proteins as well as to NS1 proteins.
