Insulin Chemiluminescence ELISA

The Human Insulin Chemiluminescene ELISA measures the concentration of insulin protein products and offers superior performance compared to other similar kits in the market. The assay utilizes a dual-monoclonal antibody sandwich format, tri-level control
set, and 96-well microplate comprising removable strips. The assay can measure up to 37 samples in duplicate and can be used in a variety of sample types.

Broad Dynamic Range (5 – 30,000 pg/mL)

Insulin Rodent ( Mouse / Rat ) Chemiluminescence ELISA

The Rodent Insulin Chemiluminescence ELISA measures the concentration of the insulin protein products of the mouse I, mouse II, rat I and rat II proinsulin genes. The assay utilizes a dual-monoclonal antibody sandwich format, tri-level control set, and 96-well microplate comprising removable strips, a single STELLUX™ Chemi Rodent Insulin ELISA kit has the performance characteristics and flexibility necessary to confidently measure up to 36 samples in duplicate.

Low Sample Volume
Only 5uL of sample is sufficient for the assay.

The Proinsulin Intact Chemiluminescence ELISA measures the concentration of intact proinsulin in human plasma, serum and tissue culture supernatants. The assay offers superior sensitivity compared to other kits in the market. With no cross reactivity to C-peptide, 0.17% cross reactivity to insulin, 0.73% cross reactivity to des(31,32) proinsulin, and 100% cross reactivity to intact proinsulin, the assay offers accurate and dependable detection of intact proinsulin < 2.0 pg/mL in human serum, EDTA plasma, heparin plasma, and ß-islet tissue culture supernatants.
